During one stop on May 27, 2011, he allegedly instructed a woman
identified only as A.R. to “lower the zipper on the front of her dress
down past her breasts to her mid-stomach,” an action which, according to
the woman, “somewhat exposed her breasts.”
Dwivedi claimed A.R., age 19, was intoxicated at the time, and that
she had not turned on her headlights, the Herald reported. A.R.
allegedly disputed the claim of driving under the influence.
She was held for a reported one hour and 20 minutes before being released without a citation.
