A person who has over stayed their visa or has no legal status does not match this criminal who had a conviction and was let out on Bond. Why was he let out on bond.....the same reason for thirty years people have been complaining.....funding.....and the senate bill would have kept him in jail, and he would have been deported......idiocy.

Yep, us Maroons know about what happens to people who have criminal convictions.......now you non maroons who post all kinds of other colors sure do not, and continue to confuse the issue of this thread which was the release on bond of a convicted person who should have been detained.....not the question of general immigration deportation.........those folks with due process may have a year, but a criminal does not get afforded that same time frame and the statutes are clear.....but the funding is not there.....it would have been if the senate had passed the bill.....but then again....those maroons in the senate.....were trying to solve a problem, and not reinforce the hate agenda........have a colorful day.

The criminal act is not funny.
 Only senility would reach that conclusion.  What is funny is the fact that Obama has deported more criminals than prior administrations, and he supported the senate bill which would have funded and got criminals out of this country.   It has been a problem for thirty years without sufficient funding to keep them in jail and quickly deport them.  The passed senate bill addressed the same.  However, Mr. Markle you do remain a hoot.

Again too funny. Had the Senate bill been passed by the House and signed into law there would have been additional personnel which could have increased the deportation of criminals from this country. The Senate Bill passed by a large bipartisan majority would have dealt harshly with criminals and put more resources on getting them out of the country. So now there is under staffing, not enough administrative courts to speed the deportation process of criminals.....we pay a price for confusion and propaganda.

Just open the damn floodgates and allow 10 legal immigrants from places other than the Western Hemisphere to come here, and half of those legal immigrants will be from SE Asia, and quit showing favoritism to a specific minority group that came here illegally.
