Congress May Squelch DC Marijuana Legalization Vote

They may deny any funding to  get legal pot rolling in Washington, DC.

I didn't realize that the VA had decided to allow veterans...only in the states that have legalized marijuana...to smoke or ingest pot without losing VA access to their other pain meds. Unfortunately, Florida is not one of those states, and I do know of a few people who lost their pain prescriptions after testing positive for Mary Jane. That doesn't mean that the VA is dispensing pot, but the doctors know that it can enhance pain relief and often reduce the need for addictive opiates.
