Unfortunately, the downtown crowd is partially responsible in not allowing LEO to talk about gangs and violence. The belief being that the discussion about sharks in the water may deter tourists from visiting Pensacola. However, the gang problems stem from the tremendous profit in the face of prohibition that those immersed in poverty can make by selling the same. Territories are defended and people die, yet it is reported as if it is random violence without dots which are connected. Until people stand up and get federal help to criminally prosecute those participating in criminal enterprises, or solutions on how to wind down the drug war, there will be a great many don't worry, but downtown is only tangentially connected to the problem......it starts and ends with prohibition.

Sadly not all children are valued the same......how much have you heard about the Danish Children murdered by Putin, yet we have heard a great deal about Palestinian children which we should......but there is often a political agenda behind the concern for children.....so Danish children's body parts scattered all over Eastern Ukraine......matter little, a Palestinian child is front page news.....and a black kid from Pensacola........well he will not fare much better than those Danish kids......politics and death......reality and illusion......it is just up to us to make all kids matter.
