He really is a very silly man.

He is suing the President for doing something they tried, but failed, to make him sign into law.

It's not going to score political points with the electorate.

It's not going to pacify the teatards.

It's really just a colossal waste of time and money.

He really is the worst Speaker in the history of the House.

Reading the document at the link I'd say this is pretty confusing and extremely vague, not exactly the kind of thing the peasants are going to gather pitchforks and torches over, wouldn't you say?

While Bonehead Boehner might be right about Obama bypassing Congress by unilaterally waiving the ACA Employer Mandate this resolution (not yet a lawsuit) is a ridiculous attempt to garner attention that will result in nothing but more divisiveness. Bonehead needs to resign and go home to work on his fake tan......
