This trade was a big deal, and this kid must have incredible upside......local kid going to help the Cubs win the World Series in 2020.

The Pensacola area has produced many major league baseball players as well as golfers, football players, boxers and a female WNBA player.

He must have a tremendous upside to be giving up such quality pitching at this time of the season. I do not remember this type of trade for minor league talent. Especially since the Cubs have a lot of talent at short already.
