We must be on the one a day plan....A man was shot and killed tonight near Webster and New Mexico drives in West Pensacola, authorities said.
Escambia County Sheriff's deputies responded about 9:15 p.m. to house in the 1100 block Webster Dive, where they found a man shot and lying in the front yard of a home.
The man, who has not been identified, was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The shooting is being investigated as a homicide. Deputies are seeking suspects.
Authorities are still on the scene, in a neighborhood off Fairfield Drive. Many neighbors were gathered around the scene, blocked off with yellow crime scene tape.
