Not a good update today......She had to go in for another surgery today. Doctors found a hole in her stomach with a camera but couldn't find it in surgery so they will go in next week to try again.

My friend had surgery yesterday and it went well.
"Docs found some holes but hopefully closed them all up. They found an abscess which they are checking into to make sure it is not threatening. Surgery again on Wednesday to clean everything up"

What a hard and arduous journey life can be at times. Your friend is showing the spirit and tenacity, but it is soooooo very hard at times. We all pray for a safe resolution, and I hope she finds comfort with all these procedures.

Docs didn't feel comfortable closing her up on Friday. Another surgery is scheduled for Tuesday. She's is still on the ventilator and they are considering another trach. Hoping that's not the case.

wow, a month almost.
I'm not sure we are a good praying group. Each time your friends are sick and we pray these things last for a long time.

Another surgery Was done today and sh a tracheotomy tomorrow.
