Too bad we cannot superimpose a video showing driving those same streets a day or two after Hurricane Ivan. Even if I could afford it, there would be nothing that would ever lure me to purchase real estate on Pensacola Beach.
I am never going to live outside Flood Zone X; and after last Tuesday's rains, even folks like me can be affected by heavy rainfall. But, I am not about to purposely move into harms-way by building on the beach.
