How do you do that ignore thing? I need to put him ignore so I don't catch even a word when I'm scrolling. h
He just doesn't get it I'm not interested in anything he says and he keeps on replying.

On the portal page there is section called profile, click then go to Friends and Foes.  Just add his name to "Foes", save and its Eagle no more.
