Nursing home striptease was elderly residents' idea, lawyer says

He said the residents pitched in $250 of their own money for the dancers.

Fensterman's comments came after the son of a former resident at the nursing home sued the center after his mother was subjected to a striptease.

"They welcomed it, and it looks like they had a good time."
- Howard Fensterman, the nursing home's lawyer

The 85-year-old resident is seen in a photo slipping a dollar bill into the underwear of a man as he hovers over her, MyFoxNY.com reported.

When the woman's family questioned the strip show, their outrage was ignored, according to the lawsuit. The son says he confronted a nurse who had the picture of his mom and the stripper, but she snatched the photo away.

None of our business. The old farts paid for it... if someone was exploited or harmed perhaps there's recourse.

I hope no progressive puritan laws come from it.
