First, the article DOESN'T STATE that Lerner will be arrested; it says the committee won't rule it out as a possibility. Second, if there's a problem, it should be addressed to the IRS Director and the IRS Acting Director, one of whom was a Bush appointee and the other his former deputy. The GOP has continued to block the appointment of a new director. Both these men knew about the so-called targeting, which was more a result of numerous new applications in 2010 for this status than any effort to "target" conservative groups, and which never should have been granted to ANY group with direct political expenditures. By creating a "scandal", the GOP was able to whitewash the real scandal...the use of this special status to funnel money directly into political campaigns with no disclosure and no accountability.

Sorry, but I posted another link that said the committee has determined that she is in contempt. Now it goes to the rest of the HOR where she will be held in contempt by the entire body. It's a foregone conclusion.  If you would get up out of bed before 1500 each day you might be able to keep up with current events.
