I guess he missed his mom too much. But what I don't get is how they can charge him with battery of an officer when they state he was apprehended without incident......i'm baffled!

i could see attempted hijacking of an unoccupied flying vessel perhaps, but battery of an officer? hmmm

are the articles ever right? lol if that dude would have "batterred" a cop, there is no doubt he would have been roughed up severely. Nothing makes cops happier than their itchy trigger finger.
