I guess he missed his mom too much. But what I don't get is how they can charge him with battery of an officer when they state he was apprehended without incident......i'm baffled!

are the articles ever right? lol if that dude would have "batterred" a cop, there is no doubt he would have been roughed up severely. Nothing makes cops happier than their itchy trigger finger.
