Did you look at how lightweight the steel was in the office building? I do not know why anybody would put that flimsy crap up in a hurricane surge zone. I know the ground is high right there, but it looks bare minimum to me.

It looked like there were very few people working on the project. Maybe 15 at most. I dont know Mr Oats , maybe they are going to reinforce it some way. The ball park section is looking good. They were cleaning the seats, painting and such.

He will probably be over insured with the tax payers covering the premiums.

Looks like a great seat! We only made it to one game last season but have plans for a few more this year. It's a great park and we really enjoyed the evening.

WARNING: Do not eat the strawberries in one bite. They are soaked in moonshine. My son in law and I got the drinks.... I ate the strawberry whole....Wow, my eyes watered and I couldn't speak for several minutes. Now I know why those strawberries are not red.

It is a nice ball park. Unfortunately the build out of the entire CMPA seems to be losing steam. Nice deal for Mr Studer, Not so nice a deal for the rest of us.
