US District Judge William Pauley III of Manhattan...yes, of course he's a Bush appointee...has been called a traitor for his ruling...I second that motion. Of course, this contradicts the ruling by US District Judge Richard Leon on December 15. The ACLU plans to appeal the decision. When I posted about this recently, the decision by Judge Leon was supported by everyone. I think we all know that NSA data collection is a clear violation of the 4th Amendment. BTW, thank you Edward Snowden and Glenn Greenwald.
