That was painful......it has happened to me too many times. We control our destiny.....we need to purchase from brick and mortar where support is an experience that all customers can agree. I have received great online prices, but the pain of this phone call multiplied by 20 has no price which can be assigned.
Very Good, Ms Dreams. First Clue was he said the battery was installed correctly, then later he said he did not access the battery. 2nd Clue he said he was loading XP. Not very current, if true. 3rd Clue You read the comments. LOL. But I bet many people will think twice before ordering a high ticket item on line which was the purpose of the Video.
