You need to check your facts. It wasn't the democrats who was in the majority during that time. They only had the majority for about 5 months. More false propaganda.

-badly needed Healthcare reform
-stimulus which is now agreed to have helped much more than thought
-financial reform so Wall Street cannot screw with Uncle Bill's retirement
-credit card reform so personal credit debt is at lowest point in years
-extended Bush tax cuts
-repealed Don't Ask Don't Tell
-START treaty
-equal pay for women act (which Jeff Miller voted against, btw)
-U.S. auto industry going strong
What do Republican's do when in charge?
-unconstitutional immigration bills allowing illegal profiling
-unconstitutional drug testing of welfare recipients just to belittle the poor a bit more
-unconstitutional gerrymandering of districts so they do not have to worry about reelection and can screw the common man over and over and over
-unconstitutional voter bills restricting certain people from voting
-unconstitutional abortion bills even though you claim to want the govt out of your perfect life
-insane voting to repeal the PPACA more than 40 times expecting different results
-vote to reduce food stamps to poor people
-vote not to expand medicaid which has proven to save lives
