Obama is in charge of these things. He is purposely trying to make things bad for the American people as a temper tantrum.

a one year delay in the personal mandate should happen, the system is not ready. the delays were given to corporations, why not delay for a year the personal mandate? answer that please.

I've been saying all along that there will be a margin that is horribly affected. My guess is that there will be govt solution that will be seen as the second resurrection... but that's just me considering the past and applying it to the present...
