Seaoat has sunk to a new low -- make it his lowest
Yep, just like I predicted Roberts would affirm the Affordable Care Act a week prior to the decision based on Congress powers of taxation.......People had fun making fun of me.......then they could not understand how I knew.....I read some of his cases, and I am certain some folks on here who are telling me how vile this jurist is, have read none of his written decisions, or for that matter even remotely understand the issues unless being spoon fed by propagandist who are NO different than Fox News. He will be confirmed, but I am intrigued that my opinions can invoke such passion......who would have known.....hey Bob.
Now if this old man's memory serves him well, Linda's dad was a Virginia judge at a time when courts were telling folks it was a crime to fall in love with a person of another race, and when folks made the argument for equal protection, they too were ridiculed, and put in jail. Yet, now this judge is not given the presumption of innocence, as his good name has been smeared by a last minute dilatory political circus, and I should believe that my desire for equal protection of the law is any less important because this is a man who drinks, goes to church, played football, gets dragged into hell because of the label of the folks nominating him.....sounds a lot like folks got used to people's rights being taken away, under the guise first it was his awful things he did in the Bush administration, then it was innuendo of financial impropriety, then it was racial insensitivity, and then weeks after having information, it became what a 17 year old high school kid did......I guess when folks get used to taking rights away, it is hard to change, and it becomes a crime to fall in love in Virginia or here be a stupid 17 year old kid......I get it....
