Here is a video I made a few months ago when I had my parents over for my Mom's birthday. Enjoy!



I realize mac and cheese is sort of an odd pairing for filets, and I normally steam asparagus with my filets; however, I was in a mac in cheese mood on this particular day.

Listen to that sizzle when the steaks go on!
