That kid at 11 could be a point guard on most high school teams.....I love the game of basketball, and I am so excited having coached kids this age to see how much kids have improved their skills. With better diet and weight training these kids just keep getting better. When I was playing our coach said no weights during basketball season.....it messed up your shot.
