All Government Buildings...

..., including the White House and all the state capitol buildings, should be torn down and rebuilt of simple gray concrete block with no adornments on them. With a ban of any sort of decoration inside and out. They should be simply strickly functional and featureless so they do not offend anyone.

Think of all the money we could save by doing this!

After all this should be the ideal for any progressive.

While we're at it... Anyone working in the civil branch of the government, from the president on down, should have to wear a standard gray uniform of the same material. In this manner everyone who works for government will appear the same and conform to the ideal of progressive equality.

A good progressive revision of all texts that eliminate the mention slavery much less the Civil War might be in order, and we can write in that the moon landings were a hoax perpetuated by the United States to bankrupt Russia. That way all are government employees can be up to snuff on how government should be run... Just like politicians e-mail texts.
