I agree with Obama on this one.

Unfortunately he has made healthcare ins even higher and put a larger burden on the tax payers. Not to mention all the other over reaches in the ACA bill that effect more than just care.

His plan is effectively reducing "Care" and increasing "cost". That's the GOV way.

A cell phone in this society is mandatory unfortunately, but a humongous cable package not so much. Still, my TV and Internet runs me 79 per
Month after taxes. I have to do lesson plans at night on my PC that I can send to me work station at school.... So Obama isn't totally correct here.
