As far as the dude sending the photo....like i stated, he was on an adult site where it is apparently common practice that people exchange nude photos. An adult site, not a teen site. There is a whole process that a poster must go through to place an ad. Minors are not to post on ADULT sites, Law enforcement needs to catch predators where predators are at.
