HA..we need more guns like this. Guns that know who needs shot. Kids shouldn't play in the street but drivers should really take it easy in residential neighborhoods.

No, kids shouldn't play in the streets but they're going to be riding their bikes, skateboards, etc. And being kids, they aren't always paying close enough attention to the traffic.
