"Most Florida voters don't know it, but come the Aug. 14 primary election, the majority of them won't have the same opportunities to cast a ballot as Floridians in five counties because the state is enforcing two different sets of rules.

That's the basis of the latest lawsuit seeking to halt Gov. Rick Scott's assault on voting rights. And it shows how determined the governor is to ignore law and precedent in order to manipulate the election process..."

It's easy to understand for most normal Americans.

1. Be a legal resident of the USA and Florida.

2. Don't be a convicted felon.

Easy rues to follow.

Does election confusion in Florida surprise you? Isn't this the way it's been and always will be?

Why are you so desperate that illegal aliens and convicted felons, who have not had their rights restored, vote?

Ohhhhh...right....

Are you telling us that it is impossible for Progressives to win without illegal aliens and felons?

The 'New' Black Panthers are available to run the precincts...they are experienced and have been approved by the DOJ and AG Holder...

Voter fraud is a lie perpetuated by the Party of No. It's practically nonexistent. But there are plenty of examples of election fraud.

Would you rate it higher than the HuffandPuff Post?....The Black Panthers represent the 'Party of No'?...If there are 'plenty of examples of voter fraud"....why the opposition by the Party of Spend in showing an ID card?....

As the Justice Department investigates Pennsylvania’s voter ID law on the federal level, a coalition of civil rights groups is gearing up for a state trial starting Wednesday examining whether the law is allowable under Pennsylvania’s constitution.

In that case, Pennsylvania might have handed those groups and their clients (including 93-year-old Viviette Applewhite) a bit of an advantage: They’ve formally acknowledged that there’s been no reported in-person voter fraud in Pennsylvania and there isn’t likely to be in November.

The state signed a stipulation agreement with lawyers for the plaintiffs which acknowledges there “have been no investigations or prosecutions of in-person voter fraud in Pennsylvania; and the parties do not have direct personal knowledge of any such investigations or prosecutions in other states.”

Additionally, the agreement states Pennsylvania “will not offer any evidence in this action that in-person voter fraud has in fact occurred in Pennsylvania and elsewhere” or even argue “that in person voter fraud is likely to occur in November 2012 in the absence of the Photo ID law.”

Ask WVA about voter fraud. Lincoln County lost their Sheriff, commissioner, and another. Yep, they screwed the 2010 elections-up. Going to homes and voting for people not allowed to vote. Those Democrats need to call AG HOLDER, their excuse was, we're helping the poor. How, by voting for them?

As Eric Holder said, "there is no voter fraud"......right. Now we see, reported, some people cheat during elections. Why aren't Democrats going to jail????

Ask yourself why?????
