We were invited to a "Blue Angels" air show viewing and get-together. It was at a house across Bayou Grande from Sherman Field. There were forty or so people there.

Lots of people brought food, but we brought home an empty pan.

They look great. I'm not a rib cooker myself but I love eating them.
My cousin cooks my ribs. Boils them then flops them on the bbq with sauce that he makes himself.
