Moving on, since violence was brought up, let's see who's actually talking about such things.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you the conservative mayor of Carbon Hill, Alabama:

The mayor of a town in Alabama has reportedly defended a public Facebook post in which he suggested "killing out" gay people and "baby killers."
Mark Chambers, the mayor of Carbon Hill, Ala., argued during a phone interview with local Fox affiliate WBRC that the comments posted on Facebook and since deleted had been "taken out of context."
According to WBRC, the original post written in all capital letters read: "We live in a society where homosexuals lecture us on morals, transvestites lecture us on human biology, baby killers lecture us on human rights and socialists lecture us on economics."
A Facebook friend of Chambers's responded by writing, "By giving the minority more rights than the majority. I hate to think of the country my grandkids will live in unless somehow we change and I think that will take a revolution."
Chambers followed up with a comment saying, "the only way to change it would be to kill the problem out. I know it's bad to say but without killing them out there's no way to fix it," WBRC reported.
The outlet reported that the mayor initially denied that the Facebook post was his when contacted by a reporter, before acknowledging in a follow-up call that he wrote it. He sought to defend and clarify the contents of the post.
Chambers told the outlet that he made the post but meant for it to be private between him and a friend, not public on his page.
"I never said anything about killing out gays or anything like that," Chambers said before the entire post was read back to him. He then said his "killing them out" comment was in reference to if a revolution were to take place, WBRC reported.
"That's in a revolution. That's right! If it comes to a revolution in this country both sides of these people will be killed out," he said.
I have guns and a pretty good working knowledge of explosive production/utilization, not for offense, but for defense. Because I know what kind of people I'm living around, and, sadly, this mayor is fairly typical. All around my state, and neighboring states, I deal with psychotic, violent idiots just like this bastard. This is a state where "Visualize No Liberals" is one of the most popular bumper stickers, and a lot of my neighbors stockpile ammo and fantasize about murdering everybody on "the left" (which, to them, is pretty much everyone not wearing a MAGA hat). It's hard to find any left-leaning militia types, because paranoia is pretty much the right's thing. They think it'll be a cakewalk because they've bought into their own fantasy that they're the only ones who have guns and know how to use them. That's some bullshit. I've got "lefty" friends I spar with and go shooting with. They have no wish to hurt anybody, but if someone starts something, it's not going to be what they think it is.
Meanwhile, idiots like this mayor are trying to stir things up, because FOX has 'em so full of paranoid brainspin. And look at the fucking guy. You really think he'd last out a week in the field? I don't think he could get a bag of dog food from the pet department to the cash register without a cart. It's always some old used-up bag of corn-dog grease who needs pain pills and a Rascal scooter to get to his mailbox and would bleed out in minutes 'cuz of his Coumadin, who dreams about house-to-house street fighting and shit.
Scary thing is, this guy felt safe spouting that junk because he's been in his hermetically sealed conserva-bubble so long he believes his own smoke, and thinks it's normal to say it.
And his fear about "the minority being given more rights than the majority" is another sign of delusion. Whenever minorities are given
any rights at all, dudes like this jackass start screaming that
they're the ones being persecuted. Hell, there are idiots right now trying to start a "Straight Pride Parade" in Boston. It's silly, but that's where the country's at.
