I'm putting my money on O'Rourke over Cruz.

I watched a video of him earlier visiting the site of the North American Butterfly Assoc., which is located near the Rio Grande, the true border between Mexico and the US. The wall is planned well within the actual border, creating a "no man's land" on the US side. The butterfly (and wildlife) sanctuary would lose 70 of 100 acres to the "dead zone". They have sued. Sounds a lot like "big government" to me...or maybe Big Brother.
