Well... today has gone pretty well. I haven't noticed any cognitive deficiencies... no slurred typing. Good luck tomorrow.

8 days,  7 hours, ten minutes and counting down.  lol

And by the way, this time seaoat will be proud. I bought the most extensive, most expensive medicare supplement policy Blue Cross offers, Plan F (aka "the cadillac plan").

As John Hammond said in Jurassic Park, "I spared no expense". lol

I do feel like you've been screwed. That's why I'm willing to cover you for the next eight day... for the one time amazing offer of just one thousand per day... that's right... less that a dollar a minute. I'll just need a letter giving me rights to your jukeboxes.

(all rights reserved no expectation of satisfaction you will be totally screwed if you accept this offer)

I'll help, too. Oh and I'll need one of those letters also.

Well I'm glad...the most important issue is to keep Seaoat happy.

Do you have red hair and freckles and you're always scratching a skin rash? If so I'll bet you're that guy who sold me the Mega health policy 35 years ago. lol

No comment. So how about this wonderful new opportunity?

In the words of George W. Bush: “There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again.”

Or something like that.

Or, in the words of Barack Obama: "You can keep your insurance"

so bob, you let ppaca sell you a med sup plan?

He admitted that was false to cantor in that televised joint meeting before obamacare was shoved through.

Nobody cares... but it's a matter of fact. Then he lied during his campaign... PERIOD.

He asked me a couple of months ago and yes he know's I get paid for that.

Chrissy, I know Martian is your native language, but if you're gonna live in this country you need to learn English sentence structure so you'll be able to better understand us here.
"You can keep your insurance" was a response to Pkr's offer of insurance. Not Blue Cross.

I think that's ok btw

I don't have a issue with insurance co's, I have a issue with the left who used to hate ins co's now hating on the very people they want YOU to give them access too, healthcare professionals.

now that you have all the money btw, I think you should provide the treatment these people need LOL

I don't hate health care provider's. I have been disgusted with a couple of docs lately, but not what they may make off of me, but rather my treatment.

Of course you care what people write here,  Chrissy,  same as I do and same as everyone else does.
Anyone who would spend hours a day here and didn't care what the rest of us think,  would have to have something wrong with her in the head.  You're not one of those are you?
No, I think I got it right the first time. You're from Mars.

Let me explain this slowly bob. My reply didn't have anything to do with pkr's and your convo ok.

I picked up on the Cadillac plan etc because I knew you were medicare now. That's all.

and I think its cool btw.. no problem here

but you are correct, I am from outer space. Some humans just call me Angel

Tough love.....it works. Bob has a solid supplemental policy, and he is paying when he goes to a movie........next thing you know he will give up booze for lent and start building tents in the woods for the homeless. miracles never cease to amaze me.

You and the pope and the baptist preachers and obama and bush will have to pry that bottle of booze out of my cold dead hands before that ever happens.
And with all the stress of dealing with my health and insurance companies and doctors and the government and the stupidity that surrounds me,  if anything it will be two bottles you'll be prying out of my hands instead of just the one.
And the next Coke bottle I carry into a theater will probably have booze in it instead of Coke.

Bob woke up thirsty in the middle of the night... stay tunes for updates... unless he wakes up dead.

No booze last night or this morning and for the rest of the day and afternoon.

Let me try to explain my drinking habits.
There are different types of drinkers.  Some drink every day.  Some drink all the time and even when they're by themselves.
I'm not either of those.  I NEVER drink alone and I don't drink every day.  I'm what's called a binge drinker.  When I'm partying with other drinking friends is the only time I drink.  And when I do that I sometimes drink heavily.
However,  when I'm with teetotaler friends I teetotal too.  And when I'm with my girlfriend she does not allow me to drink.
And my time is split between all three,  drinking friends,  non-drinking friends and girlfriend. And the three never mix together because they're all very different people who probably would not mix well anyway. I'm the only common denominator amongst all of them. And don't ask me to explain that because I have no explanation.

Well Bob......the bastards are bringing back the skimpy plans which contributed to your demise.......https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/without-obamacare-mandate-%e2%80%98you-open-the-floodgates%e2%80%99-for-skimpy-health-plans/ar-BBFYYBi?li=BBnbcA1

I think of Bob more than probably I should. He was the heart of this forum, and it is a joy to see some of his old posts.

I'm not sure how plans you can't afford with enormous deductibles is better. But ya... I miss Bob too.

And Leo and Teo and Neko...
