Here's a story you may have missed about a disaster relief doctor with 20 years experience who turned in her resignation because, instead of treating patients some members of the hospital ship decided it would be a good idea to get their nails done.

They say no one is in charge. How can this be? There has got to be one person who out ranks the others and could give orders. There are 800 medical personnel on the ship and many in need of attention so what is the hold up?
