Driver of car who killed woman with his car charged with manslaughter

Yet, a woman with no criminal background, no direct evidence, no witness, no admission, and only circumstantial medical evidence was charged in about the same time frame as this neo nazi driver who plowed down innocent people intentionally with capital murder. The excuse is that it is felony murder, which means she committed a felony with felony child abuse and as a result of that felony the child died. Think about that logic. Think about justice in America when there were witnesses, photos, and videos which showed a driver intentionally going off the road and running people over gets charged with manslaughter. Justice in America has become so inconsistent that people are losing faith in the same. It is shameful what has happened to a woman in Santa Rosa County, and it is shameful that the driver of that car was not charged with first degree murder.

Sessions will try to minimize this. I agree that he should have been charged with first degree murder because it was obviously premeditated.

I heard earlier yesterday that the charges were manslaughter(this report was wrong), I am glad that they are at least talking about first degree. However, second degree may be appropriate if this guy just snapped emotionally, and did not plan this out. There will be an investigation before elevating charges which they can amend right up to trial, but in Santa Rosa County they give the maximum charge without the benefit of a full investigation which takes time......injustice abounds in America.
