That was my favorite, too. Also really liked Gentle on my Mind and By the Time I Get to Phoenix.

Sorry he's gone but glad he's released from Alzheimer's, the horrific brain thief.

He toured and recordered with The Beach Boys in the mid sixties.

Have you ever heard of The Wrecking Crew, Glen Campbell was a member. It was a group of studio musicians in Los Angeles California that played on more songs and hits then you can shake a stick at. They were the band on Pet Sounds.

I grew up watching his show on TV. Seemed like it was always on for a while. Never was my type of music (I'm mostly a punk rock/metalhead, although I stray), but he always seemed like a really good guy. I'm not as sad that he's gone as much as I am that he got Alzheimer's. If my mind ever goes, I'd just as soon not live anymore, anyway, so his real tragedy happened a few years back. Lessens the final loss somewhat, but doesn't lessen the sadness of what happened to him. He put up an admirable fight.
