Why in the world would Pacedog post good news about MSNBC?? Based on this and a couple of other comments he/she made, especially about working together on healthcare reform, I think maybe this was someone else entirely.

Camouflage? And shouldn't that be: he/she/it?

In my memory, PDawg was never smart enough to attempt camouflage. But she-it, maybe you're right.

He's been banned before and was smart enough to get around that... IF that was him.

Not nearly as sophisticated a move as camouflage. Besides, as hard line as Pdawg was/is, can't imagine his pretending for even one moment to promote good news about MSNBC.

For some reason, right-wingers think all Democrats love MSNBC. They have a stereotype they believe and it fits very few Democrats I know. I, and most Dems I hang out with, own guns, support the death penalty, find Michael Moore annoying, and seldom watch MSNBC because I think it slants to the left, and I want my news as un-slanted as possible. I know most Republicans approach to "news" is the same as church -- they want to have what they already think propped up, so they can feel like they're "right" about it. I find that pretty useless in the real world, because it puts you in a bubble. I stick to CNN because they at least try to stay objective... even if they have to be ridiculous and give airtime to shills like Jeffery Lord or Kellyanne Conway. I know, conservatives think CNN is "biased," but they think that about anything that isn't slanted toward telling them what they want to believe. CNN's not perfect, but it's closer to the middle than the rest.

I like watching Rachel Maddow once in a while, but am aware that she's only giving one side. She's good at it, though, and is careful to weed through the facts. Right-wingers recently tried baiting her with some false documents (the same kind of sting they pulled on Dan Rather) and her team caught it before they reported on it.

Occasionally I'll watch Hannity just to see what horsehit the asshole's shoveling to his sheep. It's amazing anyone actually believes that guy. That anyone gets out of school with logic skills that bad isn't only a shame, it's dangerous.

Let not your heart be troubled and all that tripe. I guess Tucker Carlson has a show because he's been around so long. He should go back to wearing the bow tie so he can look more like what he is, a children's clown or Pee Wee Hermans twin brother.

I have felt so much better when I stopped watching Fox and MsNBC. They both are simple propaganda sites which try to stir up controversy and are petty and hurtful to this country. I watch CNN and Bloomberg and network news. How can we get back to civility and compromise in Congress if attack dogs create extreme positions to sell ratings to their respective bases.

You obviously don't know shit about the history of journalism in the U.S. For most of our history, newspapers were nakedly partisan. Muckraking and yellow journalism--propaganda--were the rule rather than the exception.

This may be shocking to you, but life on planet earth did not begin with you.
