A police officer who was sitting in a command vehicle is murdered and the shooter thinks he can justify the same with police misconduct. Wrong. It was murder.

Oh, boo-hoo-hoo, it's tough shit.

As soon as the criminal justice system starts prosecuting and convicting cops for the many homicides they commit every year, I'll feel the least particle of sympathy for one of them when they get gunned down.

Yet you use their service... I'm sure. It's probably because your neighbor is playing music too loud... or someone has parked incorrectly. Ya... you're that guy. Too afraid to solved your own problems... but shits on police anyway. Your credibility is the only thing lower that your contribution to this forum.

No, I don't. I would never call a cop for anything, under any circumstances, ever. I would never even talk to a cop without a lawyer present.

American cops are nothing but racist crybaby bullies with badges and guns. No wonder you like them.

There's no such thing as a good cop, they're all complicit accomplices to corruption and brutality.

Thank you for confirming that you are not too bright. You seem to thrive on proving that point in every thread. My best man's father was gunned down on duty when he walked into a tavern robbery. He was five, and his brother was three. Police pensions were a joke. They lived in pain and poverty until he became a teacher, but the pain that family felt is seared in my soul. You sir, are just not bright enough to understand simple concepts. I also knew an officer who killed a drunk with his bare fist when he was attacked after the person had beat up a number of people. One punch and he was dead. He lived with the pain of killing another human being his entire life and became a Juvenile officer who worked with kids the rest of his career. He played for the Chicago Bears and was a great man who raised his family and helped minorities his entire life......you would not understand this living in your mother's basement. You do not talk about yourself for a reason.

Quite right. I don't talk about myself because I figure you got that locked up.
You talk about yourself enough for fifty people.

However, I find your egotism and arrogance amusing--you have so little basis for it.

Others might think, well... otherwise.

I guess when you live in your mom's basement and were a Brit lit minor in college who wrote a paper in college on Orwell......I would not want to reference real world experiences either. Do you at least pay rent?

You're still going on about that Orwell thing? That was months ago. I guess it really stung, huh? Thanks for letting me know.

Racist.....a female black cop is killed by a black dude and you spew hate as usual. You must have had fun during your little imaginary jail house adventure so you apply that standard to an entire work force. You're so narrow-minded I would imagine you only have half a face.

Do you think they cried after these cop homicides:

There's plenty more videos and still images of the hundreds of civilians gunned down every year by cops. Just google  "police homicides" and click the images tab.

Do you think these fat cops shed any tears for them?

They oughta knock off the crocodile tears, put down the donuts and pick up the Jenny Craig.

If you were mentally competent and able to look at something objectively you would know there are SOME bad cops and THOUSANDS of dedicated GOOD cops.

You could just as easily go to Youtube and search for “cops saving lives” and find thousands of examples.

But you wouldn’t do that.

The so-called "good cops" cover-up for the bad cops. That makes them accomplices to corruption and brutality. The so-called "good cops" that refuse to out the bad cops are part of the problem.

Get out of your mother's basement and meet a police officer, or did those child porn charges forever damage your courage. Police are big scary people, and children are easy to manipulate.

One: The PPD just had a food drive for Manna at the Apple Market. There's a big box inside the door where you can still donate.

Two: I had to call the police 3 times on a couple who lived across the street but has now moved away. The number 1 reason was the presence of a newborn in the house. I am always reluctant to involve the police, but in this case it was past necessary.

The kiddie-porn stuff was done in YOUR momma's basement, she even helped. Get me?

Keep up with that tack, if you dare.

The PPD is a perfect example of what I'm talking about. A few years ago, a PPD cop named Ard ran down a black kid on a bike and killed him. He then planted a gun and some loose ammo on the kid. Although Pensacola eventually settled with the kid's family, Ard was reinstated and went back to work on the PPD.

Here's part of the Tampa Bay Times report:

A video, taken from the dashboard of another officer's car, recorded what happened in the minutes before the discovery:

Three officers squatted next to Ard's car, looking under it at Victor. Ard unlocked the passenger side of his car and got something out. The object is light-colored and floppy, but isn't clearly visible. Ard, holding the object, crawled under the car next to Victor's body and stayed there for 40 seconds. Two minutes later, paramedics found a 9mm silver and black semiautomatic in Victor's pocket.

Lab tests showed the gun had been wiped clean. No fingerprints were on it — not Victor's, not anyone's. Victor's family, as well as his pastors and friends, were aghast. Victor was scared of guns, they said. He would not have carried a gun around.

http://www.tampabay.com/news/publicsafety/death-of-teen-on-bike-shows-risks-of-expanded-use-of-tasers/1112106/

Nothing was ever made of the fact that the gun and ammo had been wiped clean of fingerprints and no trace was ever made on the gun. It is beyond reason to imagine that a kid wiped a gun and a bunch of loose ammo of fingerprints before he stashed it in his pocket.

There were also witness statements that implicated Ard in the throw-down. He was seen going back into to his vehicle and then getting under it again where the kid was lying dead, as well as a dashcam video of that from another cop car that responded to the scene. That video is no longer available. Naturally.

Ard was suspended for 80 hours then went back to patrol!

He was a drug lookout? Across from Sluggo's? That must be why the city settled a civil suit for $500,000.

The Steen case received national attention and resulted in one of the largest civil rights settlements to date against the city of Pensacola.
http://inweekly.net/wordpress/?p=21626

And that murderous thug, Gerald Ard, is STILL a Pensacola cop.

Perhaps now you'd like to reveal some more private messages from members of the forum to buttress your case.

That was a REALLY shameful thing to do, especially for a moderator . You're a thoroughly despicable human being, Joaniphoni.

Oh give me a break, this is not about me. As far as being despicable,  that fits you to a tee.

The guy was running from Ard and avoided numerous commands to stop.  He was found in a construction site at 2 in the morning. You failed to mention that little bit of information.

What, did some member of the forum reveal that to you in a private, confidential message and you revealed it to the whole forum?

In addition to being thoroughly despicable, you're stupid. The city would never have settled for $500,000 dollars if their was ANY evidence the kid was wrongo. In addition, there's the matter of that piece-of-shit Ard throwing down a gun.

I think there's a cop bar downtown he hangs out at, if you wanna hook-up with him--just like the rest of the scurvy badge-bunnies. I heard he's got a fetish for ugly old bitches.

Here's a picture of him at the scene so you can recognize him. He's the lard-ass in the dark shirt, sorta looks like a pig. The other guy's his LAWYER--at the scene, mind you. Didn't take him long to lawyer up, did it.
