Where did surf go?

I read that he closed distinctive kitchens in 2013 and that he once posted that he was moving over to Orange Beach, but I have never seen him post here for about five years. I saw a surfing utube in 2013 with him talking to some local kids, but it seems like he has left the area.

LinkedIn lists surf (Robin Martin) as a surfing instructor (I'm not registered so can't see "Full Profile"; maybe you can):

I'm not registered on FB either (am a long-time holdout), so perusing pages is annoyingly difficult (and finding Robin's own page, presuming it exists, virtually impossible).  Again, maybe someone else would have better luck.

But in any case it appears Robin's likely still in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores, AL area, and probably couldn't care less about Gulf Breeze/Pensacola/Pensacola Beach any longer.

I miss his posts. I saw that he helped Rick's blog when they had some problems for about five weeks by allowing his staff to use his internet connection and move equipment into the back of distinctive Kitchens. He always was so knowledgeable about Pensacola. He gave 100% to downtown Pensacola, and he really made me smile when he talked about his passion of surfing. I hope he is happy and thank you for the update.

Orange Beach.

Though I haven't spoken to him in some time, he's happy, surfing, and working in Orange Beach (though not a surf instructor). His daughter, who resides in CO, was married this last month, and he has taken up camping/backpacking. He's active on Facebook; a quick search will find him there.

Thank you. He is a good man and I am happy he is doing well.
