This morning, on the Morning Joe show, a Washington Post reporter stated that after learning of Russian interference with our elective process, in addition to ordering sanctions on our enemy, Obama also ordered the CIA and NSA to develop and place infrastructure cyber bombs inside Russia, which would allow the United States to destroy Russia's infrastructure and power grids, if a major cyber war was to develop between USA and Russia.
Trump, on the other hand, has NEVER even inquired of any major U.S. intel agency about Russia's interference in our electoral process.
The conclusion is easy: In reaction to Russia's overt cyber attack on our democracy, Obama acted as a loyal president of the United States.
