Rebuilding America’s infrastructure is a critical pillar of President Donald J. Trump's agenda to promote job creation and grow the U.S. economy. Every American depends on our roads, rails, ports, and airports, and the President is committed to fixing this problem, not just pushing more liabilities onto future generations. ....and Trump has ABSOLUTELY NO PLAN for the infrastructure -- NO DETAILS, NO PLANS ON HOW TO PAY FOR IT -- WHATEVER "IT" IS.

The man is all bluster and talk, NO ACTION.

By comparison, Barack Obama fast tracked many infrastructure projects, and that's precisely why we now have a new Pensacola Bay Bridge under construction.

The problem is NOT that he has no plan, it's that he will sign whatever is put in front of him.

If the Republicans decide, with a view to the '18 elections, that it's in their political benefit to put forward a massive PRIVATIZED plan--turning the Interstate Highway System to a bunch of privately operated toll roads, for instance--and claim they're fixing the infrastructure problem, then the general public is REALLY screwed.

The Congress doesn't need a "plan" to come up with legislation and the fact that Trump DOESN'T have a plan might be a bad thing.

If he passes a trillion dollar infrastructure bill he'll be accused of cronyism... if he doesn't he's called a failure.

There's no way to win there.

Infrastructure deterioration has been an issue for decades. Congress won't address the situation because they have long been a pack of spineless, self-interested cretins. I read somewhere you couldn't find enough guts inside the beltway to fill a Vienna sausage, too true. This is not necessarily a "Trump" problem, Congress and all 50 state legislatures own the problem and always have...so all the Liberal wailing and gnashing of teeth is just a distraction. A laughable one.
