HAIM! Corey Haim? Ain't he dead? What, are they gonna wheel out his rotting, dope-ridden corpse? Maybe play pinochle on his snout?

Geez, that don't sound real entertaining.

Oh.

Well, what'd they do with poor Corey? Do they have some creepy farting-dead-guy thing planned?

Those girls look a little sketchy, you ask me.

I hope they don't do some weird necrophilia bit. Or maybe this:

Daniel Radcliffe had to do something to keep him occupied after he gave up quidditch.

I miss TW3.

One more time so we see the connection between my previous clip just above and this one.

Baldwin as Trump in the opener.

Trump is very different from Nixon because Nixon won the popular vote. Very Happy

Nice touch bringing up the audience member on camera. Reminds me of season 3 when an elderly woman won the contest and hosted the Christmas episode.

Soupy Sales would be proud of this bit.

Greatly disappointed. I watched Bill Maher's friday show an hour before SNL and I could not stop laughing from his writers and his comedy. SNL laid an egg tonight. Not even bothering at this point.

Yes. SNL just can't keep up with the real life silliness of president cancer and his klan. Next week Dwayne (The Rock) Johnson host. Problem is his greatest sketch was Obama turning into the Hulk and that's old now. Katy Perry will be the musical guest for that closing show. SNL will return in the summer with a Weekend Update show during prime time. Who knows what will be going on then.

WTF? Are the writers on strike? Or off drugs?

Yes it was another off week but a nice 5 timer appearance at the end by Steve Martin. Liked the last sketch with MM in the movie brand openings. I know I get sick when I see those moving gears before Lions Gate movies. It seems like they've been letting Update do most of the political humor but people want to see them thrash #45. WWE rassler' John Cena did a good job hosting the show already this year so it will be interesting to see how Johnson does next week. Will rassler' Johnson take it easy on WWE hall of fame boy president cancer? BTW I wouldn't be surprised if both Johnson and Cena had White House plans cooking in the future, after all if fake #45 can do it anyone can. Here is Johnson on a previous SNL.

Spice picking up the column and throwing it at the press made me laugh.

Other than that, I should've gone to bed earlier.

Katy Perry should perk things up next week. What I'd really like to see is The Rock Obama singing Johnson's Your Welcome from the Moana movie but that's not likely to happen.

I think I had an unrealistic expectation with all the things the writers could have done, but the pie contest, and Spicer throwing things at the press simply is not funny. After watching the delayed Bill Maherer an hour before this, he had me in tears. I think he was higher than a kite, and he just nailed it. I maybe laughed myself out, but my wife felt the same way. WTF was that pie game show? How many times can the writers not create funny lines from spicer rather than sight gags which have become tedious. I waited all day to see some of the old writing and acting. Instead I felt like I was watching Lucille Ball.

Next week will be the last regular show of the season. The prime time half hour Weekend update show will run for four episodes in August.
