President Donald Trump reorganized his National Security Council on Wednesday, removing his chief strategist, Stephen Bannon, and downgrading the role of his Homeland Security Adviser, Tom Bossert, according to a person familiar with the decision and a regulatory filing.

National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster was given responsibility for setting the agenda for meetings of the NSC or the Homeland Security Council, and was authorized to delegate that authority to Bossert, at his discretion, according to the filing.

Under the move, the national intelligence director, Dan Coats, and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Marine Corps General Joseph Dunford, are again "regular attendees" of the NSC’s principals committee.

A positive step. How some of these traitors got to the highest levels of government confirm that our enemies often find our democratic traditions as weakness they can exploit.

Rick Perry goes from 'Dancing with the Stars' to heights of foreign policy power in matter of months

After a turn tangoing on reality TV, Rick Perry has danced himself into the heights of power.

The longtime Texas governor survived a dip in his political star after the implosion of his 2012 presidential campaign and has now been named to the National Security Council Principals Committee months after appearing on "Dancing With the Stars."

Perry was confirmed earlier this year as Secretary of Energy, and now heads the same department he could not remember he wanted to eliminate during his infamous “oops” moment at a 2011 debate.

There is nothing unusual about the Secretary of Energy, whose portfolio includes issues such as nuclear security, serving on the National Security Council Principals Committee.

His promotion came as chief White House strategist Steve Bannon, an unorthodox choice, was removed from the policy-making group.

However, Perry’s fellow reality star President Trump’s tapping him to ascend to a body that makes many of the country’s most important foreign policy decisions underscores how far Perry has come since he and partner Emma Slater were performing for ABC viewers in September.

I believe it's going to come out they have dirt on Bannon and the collusion. Trump removed him like Flynn because he knows it's coming. Watch this episode.

Q: Did Trump remove Bannon, or did Bannon want out of this job? Which of these two crazies runs the other one?

According to both Politico and HuffPo, it was Kushner.

This is from the Politico article:

"In recent weeks, Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser, has asked searching questions — sometimes for hours — of inside and outside advisers about the White House's performance and complained about Bannon in particular, according to people who have spoken with Kushner. Kushner, a onetime New York Democrat, and Bannon, a hard-right nationalist, have clashed as Kushner has told people that Bannon’s desire to deconstruct the government is hurting the president.

"One person familiar with Kushner's thinking says Kushner believes Bannon is more of a problem than Reince Priebus, the chief of staff."

According to Pence--a dangerous right-wing ideologue and religious crazy--everything is just hunky-dory.

" 'With H.R Mcaster as our national security adviser and the president's action adding the chairman of the joint chiefs, adding the director of national intelligence, and moving a couple of our senior personnel off the national security council just simply represents a very routine evolution of the national security team around the president,' Pence said in an interview with Fox News Wednesday night."

And, according to Officer Krupke in a nameless and obscure academic journal:

"We're disturbed, we're disturbed,
We're the most disturbed,
Like we're psychologic'ly disturbed.

"We're no good, we're no good!
We're no earthly good,
Like the best of us is no damn good!"

Steve Bannon Calls Jared Kushner a ‘Cuck’ and ‘Globalist’ Behind His Back

Donald Trump’s two closest aides are fighting “nonstop” and often “face-to-face,” officials say — and it’s even uglier in private.

Donald Trump’s chief strategist Stephen Bannon has called the president’s senior advisor and son-in-law Jared Kushner a “cuck” and a “globalist” during a time of high tension between the two top aides, several Trump administration officials told The Daily Beast.

The fighting between Kushner and Bannon has been “nonstop” in recent weeks, according to sources who spoke on condition of anonymity. It’s been an “open secret” that Bannon and Kushner often clash “face-to-face,” according to senior officials.

One official said Bannon has lately complained about Kushner trying to “shiv him and push him out the door” and likened him to a fifth column in the White House.

“[Steve] recently vented to us about Jared being a ‘globalist’ and a ‘cuck’…He actually said ‘cuck,’ as in “cuckservative,’” the administration official told The Daily Beast.

“Cuckservative,” a portmanteau of “cuckold” and “conservative,” has become a favorite slur on the right, used like a sexually and racially charged version of “RINO,” a Republican In Name Only. “Globalist” is a term typically used by nationalist, pro-Trump right-wingers against political opponents; however, the term has also come under fire for at times carrying anti-Semitic tones. (Kushner is Jewish.)

Bannon is a self-described “nationalist” and long-time Republican, while Kushner was, until his father-in-law ran for president, a lifelong liberal and a Democratic donor.

There’s a big fight [going on],” one senior official said. “It’s all about policy. There’s tension [between them] on trade, health care, immigration, taxes, [terrorism]—you name it.”

The White House and Bannon did not respond to emails seeking comment.

Agree, but when he could not deliver conservative votes for the new health care bill, the President was piszed. He did not like Bannon getting all the credit and he gets all the blame. A fascist this high in the government was a obvious problem which would eventually blow up if the status quo had their say.
