Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), chairman of the House Intelligence Committee (who previously said he knew of no evidence to support the allegation) has disclosed that he has seen evidence that Trump presidential transition officials had their communications monitored during the Obama administration.

He also said that the inadvertent interceptions were then subject to "unmasking" where intelligence officials actively and knowingly attached the names of the parties to transcripts and then circulated the information widely within the intelligence community.

Although there has been other leakers this guy was totally out of line and should give up his chairmanship.

The Nunes situation is very strange for several reasons and I think we need to wait to see it all play out, especially when Nunes himself has already given indications of walking back some of what he said. Still, I agree the man himself should resign the chair and/or, even better, agree to join Schiff in pressing for an independent investigator.

What all this has to do with this thread as to whether or not Trump said a gazillion times he was going to repeal Obamacare on "day one" and now says he never promised to do that, I have no idea. It's like a typical Trumpist smoke and mirrors game, courtesy of the usual culprit, Pkr.
