What a game!
47 points - most by any player this season - most by a Kentucky freshman EVAR.
Most entertaining college basketball game I've seen in some time.
Instant classic.
GO BIG BLUE!!

While Monk is getting practically all the press today (and deservedly so) Sal's posted clip of excerpts of one the greatest games I have seen in recent history overlooks another one and done freshman and that is the phenomenal play of Fox . . . . . add the presence of Adebayo and we are looking at three one and dones!

Fox played great.
They are an exciting and fun team to watch, but they have some things to work on during Camp Cal.
After the game, I understand that Cal singled out two players and made them hug Monk and thank him for saving their asses.
He didn't identify them, but I can guarantee you that it was Gabriel and Willis.
Their defense was atrocious.
After T.J. Leaf's performance in the UCLA game, and Justin Jackson's last night, it's obvious that Kentucky struggles against long, athletic forwards who can stretch the floor.
Cal needs to get that fixed, if we're gonna make a deep run in March.
GO BIG BLUE!!
