1 UWF Argos vs. Ave Maria Gyrenes on 9/3/2016, 1:33 pm

Watching the game live via StretchInternet.com.

No score after the 1st Quarter. Argos are playing well, have the ball on about the Ave Maria 20 yard line.

I am so excited about this game. I could not wait to log in. Best $7.95 I ever spent.

Are they playing at home or away? If at home, how does the crowd look and how did they lay out the field?

Weather Delay before the start of the 2nd half. The game is actually being played on the football field of Palmetto Ridge High School down south.

The second half finally began after a 2 hour half-time due to heavy rain and lightning. UWF started the half and the ball was quickly turned over due to sloppy field conditions. The Gyrenes turned it back over and it went back and forth two more times. There is still ankle-deep water on the sidelines. UWF has scored again and it is 21-0, Argos halfway through the 3rd Qtr.

FINAL SCORE: UWF 45/AVE MARIA 0

It was a historical and very impressive start for UWF's football program. They dominated Ave Maria both offensively and defensively, holding them to about 81 yards total offense.

The second half was a soggy one. The weather stopped the game for two hours and also knocked out the video feed to my live-stream. At least I had audio and could follow the game's progress at a website set up for Ave Maria athletics.

I will be following the Argos this whole season, along with my FBS faves.
