Hey Oatie here's a couple of arrests from the SR Press Register

In reading about these arrests I had some concerns about why the woman was stopped in the first place and the degree the officer went to and whether any of that was legal. She did not have to talk to the officer under Fl's Stop and Frisk law unless she was committing a crime ,about to commit a crime or is committing a crime. The fact that she was tased several times after and once for walking away from him causes me concern LE is violating people's rights?

The second case also concerns me because the officer arrested the woman for taking a picture as she was leaving. Also she was charged w/ trying to bring drugs into the jail when we all know you can't bring your purse in there. I think I'll email the Sheriff about these cases.
