The guy is going to probably lose his firearm sales license......not the brightest star in the constellation.

He said he just wanted to bring attention to a problem and also said by law he was authorized to forbid sales to anyone he felt was dangerous. The DOJ will most certainly hammer this little pipsqueak though while they give guns to drug cartels...

Yes...he is required by law to do background checks. Too bad the gun dealer who sold to Dylan Roof wasn't quite so vigilant. He might have waited for the FBI to respond before going ahead and selling the gun.
