Only 17...or right, this is only for this one speech.

17 ridiculous things the president said at the Iran news conference

The president, for proponents of the Iran deal, gave a deeply disturbing news conference that suggested he does not know what is in the deal, does not have a grasp of the factual record and/or thinks he can get away with huge misrepresentations. And, to boot, he confirmed many of the serious criticisms of the deal. I imagine opponents of the deal will have a field day with these and other statements:

1. “With this deal, we cut off every single one of Iran’s pathways to a nuclear program, a nuclear weapons program.” Not true. After eight years, the precise restrictions end. Oops, he says it himself: “And Iran’s nuclear program will be under severe limits for many years.”

2. “With this deal, if Iran violates its commitments, there will be real consequences, nuclear-related sanctions that have helped to cripple the Iranian economy will snap back into place.” False again. The deal spells out laborious inspection procedures that include a 24-day notification period. Parchin, for example, is not even included. To snap back sanctions, a committee including Russia and China must agree by a majority.

It must boil your eggs to have the President have so many rapid succession successes.  It is a historic agreement.  Sorry you do not get it and have no alternative.  Historic.  That Semi retired guy sure is kicking your boyz asz............the best part was the speaker and the Senate Majority leader after the 2014 election telling the President how he would heel.....too funny, they have been whooped and really have put up the white flag......given up...no plan....no resistance........floating aimlessly with no legislation that the president can even veto.......too whipped to even bombard him with legislation for vetoes.......too funny, but your analysis has been consistently wrong so why stop now.

Again, you avoid the topic. You're getting nearly as good as your hero, semi-retired President Obama. Keep up the good work.

There is no avoidance.  The agreement was historical.  You and many others had no alternative, and the best part was listening to you in 2013 argue that the President's sanctions were ineffective, and now you argue that the agreement  is bad........avoidance, I can talk this subject all night long because anybody who has no alternative but war is an abject idiot.....so what alternative....the sanctions you argues were a joke.
