Bush won all the wars he started and Obama came along and lost them all back again.  
And when the next president who will be another republican starts new wars,  that will also be the fault of Obama. He wouldn't need to start new wars if Obama hadn't lost all the ones Bush had already won.

What we have here, is one President who liked to start unnecessary wars, and another who stopped them too early.
