So, you think BECK made the decision to drop the case? I doubt it. Holder knew he had no case so it goes away.

Ahh thank you! Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. However, you have much to learn.

Weak. When I call attention to the wild hard left Progressives use of the DailyKOS, The Nation, MediaMatters the vast majority of times it is an OPINION PIECE the Progressive is citing as fact.

Here you attempted to attack the source when the same article is carried everywhere without any changes in the story.

Another of your Progressive sources is the HuffingtonPost. Guess what...?

In my opinion, the Justice Department, with Eric Holder have their hands full with other serious scandals, jobs left undone and they know this one was a loser launched only for the purpose of intimidation. The last thing they need is another major scandal.

Exactly

"Assistant U.S. Attorney Ann Birmingham Scheel released a statement..."

"... County Attorney Bill Montgomery was advised of the decision..."

I guess Marty Mobile and Tommy Tuscaloosa were out of town.

I guess this is bad news for the Bush administration which launched the investigation in 2008?

Do you know of anything posted on theblaze.com that isn't true? Not opinion pieces, but the stuff the liberal media doesn't report on or doesn't "completely" report on.

Well you know there are some who blame Bush for everything, even this investigation that, from all indications, started in late 2009. My guess is Bush could care less about old Joe. Sleep

You mean indications like this?

The number, USAO 2008-R09578, appeared in the first part of a letter sent on Friday by the Department of Justice to lawyers in Arpaio’s Maricopa County. The letter explained some of what had been investigated and why the case was dropped. The probe looked into allegations that his office misused money and that he and his allies used the powers of their offices to target their political enemies.

But the inclusion of the case number was also a subtle way of showing when it began. And it doesn’t take a cryptographer to decipher what the number means.

The letters at the beginning, USAO, stand for US Attorney’s Office, where the case originated. The sequence of letters and numbers at the end, R09678, are uniquely assigned to distinguish one case from the next.

But the number in the middle, 2008, represents the year the case was opened. President Obama, of course, took office on Jan. 21, 2009. That means the investigation into Arpaio started in the waning days of the Bush administration.

Former U.S. Attorney for Arizona Paul Charlton confirmed to TPM on Saturday that the case number proves when case began. “Yes, 2008 means the case was initiated in the year 2008,” Charlton wrote in an email.

Not at all. I love it in fact because you will chase down every snippet of information (regardless of the veracity), twist, spin, dance, bob and weave. And while you are wasting time chasing down rebuttals you are not foisting new garbage on the forum readers. I find it very entertaining Sally. Keep up the good work.

I don't need to chase down snippets of information for my rebuttals, nobrain. You see, I get the facts first lest I post something erroneous which might make me look foolish. You should try it some time.

You really ought to go to a Plan B Sally, unfortunately you manage to look foolish most of the time with your pitiful agenda and refusal to acknowledge reality. So it goes.
