Thought of you this afternoon. We took my grandson's Tee Ball team to the Wahoos game. The little ones had a great time and they got to run out on the field. A Lifeguard helicopter landed on the field to deliver the game ball....and they loved that as well.

The game....well the Mobile Bay Bears showed up with super bats and gloves....they beat us 12-3.

I made one game last year and had a great time. However, a liner went right over my head and really hit a twenty something girl in the face hard who was not paying attention. They took her for medical care, and it was a military group, and I heard one of the people calling someone saying she got hit pretty badly. I cannot even get out of chair any more, and after that incident I felt pretty useless. Baseball games are for kids and the kids in each of us. I take my grandchildren to Sox games, but I did not feel up to a game last year, and doubt I will make one this year, but I will try to get a wahoo game later this summer because it is so much easier to get to your seat. That stadium will bring many memories of affordable family fun to kids.
