What will be results of the toxicology tests on Michael Brown of Ferguson?

Will Michael Brown be shown to have been totally clean? Or will he be shown to have been falling down drunk or stoned or somewhere in between?

Same for Officer Darrin Wilson. Was he clean and sober?

Yes, if he was stoned, it is relevant. If the initial reports said he was drunk, would that be relevant?

No, none of these factors are relevant, unless the officer feared for his life and the witnesses were testifying that his behavior was highly erratic......he was minding his own business walking down the street when he was told to get on the fricking sidewalk. No eyewitness has said he went after the police officer, rather they have said the officer was trying to pull him into the car.

The only thing relevant will be did that officer have a reasonable belief that he or some other member of the public was in imminent danger and deadly force was required to stop Mr. Brown.......an absurd proposition. After the initial shot at the car. The officer calls for backup, and follows Mr. Brown until he can safely be arrested, unless Mr. Brown was an immediate threat to the public or the officer.

Where is the toxology on the police officer, including pain pills, or alcohol.....hell the crime scene was not even independently protected......the officer just drove his cruiser off the premises.....where was his blood draw at booking.....oh yea........he has not been charged and he is alive.....isn't that convenient.....was this officer under the influence? Why after a shooting is it not mandatory in every department in America to test the officer........do really understand relevancy? The only thing which will be relevant is what was the officer's state of mind which resulted in him choosing deadly force, and was he influenced by drugs or alcohol? We will never know, and therein is a positive constructive lesson learned........blood tests after a shooting should be mandatory, and if an officer refuses, just like a dui, the SA should call a judge for a warrant to take the blood. We need to fix the inequality and injustice built into our system.

While it is true that marijuana often temporarily subdues users, and may have a longer term effect of decreasing energy and vigor, it does not reduce aggression. Fact: People "high as a kite" on marijuana are seldom IF EVER aggressive. Where the hell do you alcohol boosters think the term "laid back," came from?

Fact: Darrin Wilson had no complaints of abuse in his personal PD file. On the other hand, complaints of abuse filed by alleged victims are NEVER placed in Ferguson PD personal files unless the officer has been indicted, tried and found guilty.

Fact: Three witnesses interviewed by Mo. State police as well as the FBI corroborate that Brown did not "bum rush" officer Wilson at the time of the shooting. Furthermore, it's been determined that the rounds that killed Brown were fired from at least 35' away, based on where Wilson claimed he shot at the victim.

Nope.....the perp.

The perp is the officer. Indictment to follow......Pap was on tv this afternoon and said the SA will derail the grand jury and the feds will indict......I agree, but how will we find out if the perp was under the influence when Police Officers are not routinely tested after a shooting.....hell he drove away with evidence.
